Rock On
Today was another rocker day as I strutted around in my new fake hair earrings and stiletto wedges.
I loved the look of the fake hair earrings. Bijules NYC carries an entire fake hair jewelry line and I was thrilled to find these earrings at Claire's. It was a great way to give my ensemble a pop of color and also a fun way to play up the rocker trend without having to commit to dying my hair.
These stiletto wedges are actually quite comfortable. Though I cannot fit my custom orthodics into them, the lack of support was totally worth it.

Rockin out with Panda
I was rocker/preppy today pairing my funky chunky jewelry with a t-shirt and high-waisted, full skirt. I felt a tad bit humanitarian today sporting my panda shirt and decided to compliment the ensemble by posing outside today. I love that a portion of the proceeds of this shirt went to the World Wildlife Fund. I know it's not much, but it's a small way to feel a part of something "bigger."

Work vs. Vacation (the countdown begins)
I have begun counting down until my cruise (17 days) and to kick it off, I though I'd combine professional clothing with wacky/vacation jewelry.

My boss got me the long, crystal necklace from this store in Hong Kong called Bess. Check out their website for other cool peices.
And what better way to countdown to a vacation than wearing parrot-shaped earrings? I got these a LONG time ago while at Disney World and haven't worn them in forever. But, since animal motifs are IT right now, I though I'd bring him out of extinction.

0-120
Not feeling very inspired at the moment but I thought I'd share the craziest roller coaster ever with you all. I spent the past (extended) weekend with my friends and boyfriend at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. The over-the-top, high-speed coasters are amazing, and definitely brought out my inner scared-y cat. So, let's blast off together from 0-120 mph and enjoy Top Thrill Dragster!

Showered with Flowers
Decided to come back from my 9 day hiatus and greet you with flowers!
Transformed this beautiful flower brooch into a hair pin with the help of a few bobbypins.
Love the detail on the collar of this shirt, definitely the reason I bought it. The shapes are so organic and against the linen background, it gives it an even more natural feel to it.
